Our Manufacturing Capabilities
We operate a state-of-the-art facility spanning 12,000 square meters of deep processing space and 9,000 square meters of climate-controlled fermentation warehouses. Our production lines are equipped with six advanced Japanese Rayen automated mooncake production lines and two fully automated Taiwan Tianye ham dice production lines, enabling an annual capacity of over 25 million premium mooncakes and 1,000 tons of high-quality ham cubes. With a dedicated workforce of over 70 core employees and 260 seasonal staff, we ensure rigorous quality control at every stage of production.
